Christmas -a la carte- at restaurant Vinkeles
On Christmas Eve we serve a la carte dinner, on Christmas Day, we serve a la carte lunch and a la carte dinner.
Welcome for lunch between 12:30 to 13:30 am. Welcome for dinner between 7:00 p.m. to 20:00 pm.

New Year’s Eve - 7-course menu 
Chef Dennis Kuipers of Michelin-starred restaurant Vinkeles will prepare an exclusive 7-course New Years Eve menu including appetizers and coffee/tea. At 00.00 pm we will celebrate the New Year with a toast and a glass of champagne. 
Price: €225,- per person, excluding aperitif and drinks

Restaurant Vinkeles will be closed between December 26 and December 30, and between January 1 and January 20.

Brasserie OCCO
Brasserie OCCO is open daily from 12:00 (noon) till 15:00 and from 18:00 - 23:00. We are serving an extensive and special a la carte menu during the Christmas Holidays. 

High Wine
Indulge in The Dylan’s very own food & wine pairing experience, featuring a selection of four different wines with matching amuse-style bites.
Available every day between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the Lounge, Long Gallery or Vinkeles Lounge.
4-course High Wine €39,50 p.p.
6-course High Wine €55,00 p.p. (available from 26 December until 3 January)

Gather your guests for an epicurean evening overlooking the Emperor’s Canal with a decadent dinner in our private Regents Room. Chef Dennis Kuipers of The Dylan’s Michelin-starred restaurant Vinkeles will prepare an exclusive four-, five- or six- course menu for you and your guests to enjoy.

As per tradition at Restaurant Vinkeles dictates, your gourmet gathering will commence with a glass of Champagne and sumptuous amuse bouche, whilst our Maître d' Maitre-d and sommelier will keep you entertained throughout the evening.

Together with well-known Dutch designer Remy Meijers, widely recognized for his attention to detail and for interiors that exude a wonderful sense of calm, The Dylan started its “renovation journey” two months ago and is now delighted to present its new 16 room and suite collection.
