Yes, all the major city sights are in walking distance of the hotel. For example: Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Flower Market, Royal Palace.

On the right hand side of the website there is a “book online” section or goes to the “Rooms & Suites” tab, then onto “book online”. Here you will find instructions on how to make your booking online.

It is completely safe. Your booking will be done via a safe and secured system. However, should you have any doubts, you can always call us or send an email to reservations@dylanamsterdam.com.

Check-in is from 15:00hrs, check-out is at noon.

The hotel has a variety of beds depending on the room category. The Luxury Canal View Suites have King Size beds and all the other room categories have Queen Size beds. There are also two rooms that can be made into twin bedded rooms.

An early check-in can be arranged by making a booking including the day prior to your arrival (pre-registration). The charge will depend on the day rate of the day prior to your arrival. Non- Pre-registered reservations are not guaranteed for early check-in.

The hotel has 16 rooms that can be connected and made into 8 “family rooms”. Room categories that can be connected are all the Junior Suites Canal View and the Luxury Suites Canal View. Additionally few rooms in the categories Luxury Duplex, Luxury Double and Double are connected. Please reach out to Carol in the Reservations department to confirm connecting rooms through reservations@dylanamsterdam.com.

Extra beds can be put in the room depending on room category (with a maximum of one extra bed per room, including babycots). An extra bed can be added to the following room categories: Superior Canal View, Superior Suite Garden View, Luxury Suite Garden View, Luxury Suite Canal View.

Reservations made directly at the hotel can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Please note that for reservations made through external partners different cancellation policies might apply.

The Dylan Amsterdam is a non-smoking property. Guests who would like to smoke are allowed to smoke outside in the garden.

Pets are not allowed at The Dylan Amsterdam.

Yes, there is a gym available in The Dylan Amsterdam.
