Assistant Financial Controller

The Dylan Amsterdam is seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Assistant Financial Controller. In this versatile role, you will be jointly responsible for reliable and transparent financial administration for two hotels within The Dylan Hotel Group. You will oversee the daily accounts receivable and accounts payable administration, safeguard the reconciliation of revenue and cash, and ensure the accuracy of the general ledger. In addition, you prepare the monthly Profit & Loss statements and support the Director of Finance in drafting the annual budget.

You work closely with colleagues from Front Office, Sales, and the managers of our restaurants. Thanks to your analytical skills, precise working style, and strong sense of hospitality, you ensure that our financial processes run smoothly and professionally.

• You have at least three years of experience in a financial or accounting role within the hospitality and are ready for the next step.
• You work with great accuracy and have a strong sense of responsibility.

• You work independently but easily collaborate within a team.
• You possess perseverance, analytical insight, and a sharp eye for detail.
