Barista

Do you get excited about working with the best beans and different coffees? Do you enjoy applying your best latte art? Are you an early bird and don’t suffer from a morning mood? Do you want to make sure guests have a fantastic start to the day? Then we are looking for you as a barista in Bar Brasserie OCCO!

You will start your day between 06:00 and 09:00 in the morning. From 07:00 we receive the first guests for breakfast. When breakfast is finished, you will help with the disassemble of the buffet and start with the preparations for lunch, which you will take care of together with the OCCO team. Together with your colleagues, your goal will be to exceed guests’ expectations and you will be constantly looking after the “wow” factor.

Located on the Keizersgracht, in the heart of De Negen Straatjes is Amsterdam’s best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star boutique hotel where it’s all about sincere and personal service and where we aim to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. A historic setting with 40 beautiful hotel rooms, 4 spaces for events and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and two Michelin-star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles.
