Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam’s best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for a Commis Chef Breakfast. You will be preparing the extensive breakfast buffet and assist in cooking and serving a la carte breakfast orders, ensuring each dish meets our high standards. You are part of the ambitious kitchen team, providing support as needed. Assist with the preparation for Bar Brasserie OCCO and banqueting event contributing to their seamless execution. Furthermore you assist with receiving and proper storage of delivered products ensuring freshness and quality are maintained.

Who are you?

Guest-oriented with a positive attitude.
Experienced in equivalent hotels or restaurants.
Stress-resistant and able to work under pressure.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in English with good communication skills.
