até is located in a hidden space of The Dylan Amsterdam, where previously “Kit at 384” was a success for years, after Kit prepared sushi at a high level in his student room. até is an homage to French finesse, Japanese umami and exotic Mexican acidity. Here we introduce guests to influences from the most acclaimed cuisines, through intriguing stories. We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is creative, sociable and inspired to make this a huge success together with the Chef.  

Located on the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets is the best kept secret of Amsterdam: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star boutique hotel where it’s all about sincere and personal service and where we want to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. A historic setting with 40 beautiful hotel rooms, 4 event spaces, Bar Brasserie OCCO and the Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles.
