In the centre of the hotel our Bar Brasserie OCCO is located. In Bar Brasserie OCCO, high-quality products, craftsmanship and personal service are central. We welcome our guests for breakfast, lunch, High Wine, dinner, a cup of coffee and beautiful cocktails.
Bar Brasserie OCCO is looking for a passionate Head Bartender. As Head Bartender, you work in an enthusiastic Food & Beverage team and you will report to the Bar Brasserie Manager. You are responsible for a creative and balanced cocktail menu, with and without alcohol. The cocktails are served in Bar Brasserie OCCO as well as our Michelin star Restaurant Vinkeles. Further, you will create cocktails for events or special occasions. You are constantly working to exceed the expectations of the guests. You also perform as a host(ess) at Bar Brasserie OCCO and together with the team you ensure that the guests have a fantastic experience.
The Dylan Amsterdam is a stand-alone hotel, which means that you have a lot of freedom for creativity and the presentation and implementation of new ideas.
