A historic location with 40 beautiful hotel rooms. The Dylan Amsterdam has two Food & beverage outlets, the in 2009 awarded Michelin star Restaurant Vinkeles and Bar Brasserie OCCO.
As Food & Beverage Trainee you will be mainly working in Bar Brasserie OCCO, where we have our lovely court yard. Bar Brasserie OCCO’s keys are craftmanship and high-quality. Known from its Coffee & Late Art and nowadays also from Tea Art. Fresh leaves from all over the world are selected for us and with lovely background stories served to our guests. Even from cocktails we can make Art Work: from homemade non-alcoholic Gin to a Bloody Mary made from homemade tomato juice.
The day starts in Bar Brasserie OCCO with breakfast, in the afternoon we serve lunch and High Wine and in the evening we serve dinner and guests can enjoy a drink. In the end you will be able to run service independently, therefore you will learn a lot about the daily activities within the Food & Beverage department. Besides, you assist during banqueting events.
