You will be in command of your own ‘live kitchen’ restaurant space – sleek and secretly hidden behind mirrored doors.  As well as being an outstanding chef, you must enjoy the idea of performance and showmanship. You must give our guests an experience that sparkles with originality, creativity and magic.

Whether you specialize in Peruvian Cuisine or belong to the next generation of Tibetan Chefs – we offer a space where you can make your mark, shine and grow. Perhaps you’ve always dreamt of having your own restaurant, but don’t want the accompanying responsibilities (yet). Located in the buzziest area of the city, The Dylan is already a well-established foodie destination with a Michelin-Starred modern French restaurant, a more casual brasserie and a legendary cocktail bar. You must not let us down.
