Are you ready to sweep up a new challenge? The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for an Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintain our quality standards and manage a multi-cultural housekeeping team.

Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam’s best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and three restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO, Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles, and the smallest fine-dining restaurant in The Netherlands, até.

We are looking for a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to manage our international housekeeping team while upholding our high quality in the hotel. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring all public areas and rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Next to inspecting the guests rooms, you are in change of communication between our own departments and external companies, for efficient operation. You will be responsible for the delegation of tasks in the team, and the training, evaluating and supervision of new team members. Additional tasks and responsibilities entail keeping track of the inventory and ordering of the housekeeping supplies, managing the lost and found items together with the Front Office, and perform the duties of room attendants in case of absence.  Lastly, you will participate in maintaining our Green Globe regulation in the hotel.
