Located at the Keizersgracht, in the heart of the Nine Streets neighborhood is Amsterdam’s best kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star luxury boutique hotel where we offer sincere and personal service and create memorable experiences for our guests. A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles.

In the heart of the hotel is Bar Brasserie OCCO. Here, we focus on quality regional products, craftsmanship, and personal service. We welcome our local and international guests in the casual Brasserie, at the Bar, or in our cozy lounge for breakfast, lunch, High Wine, dinner, a cup of coffee, or a creative cocktail.

The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Partie. As Chef de Partie you will join our ambition to work towards earning a Bib Gourmand for Bar Brasserie OCCO. You are also constantly creating the “wow” factor for our guests and you ensure to exceed their expectations. Your motivation, involvement, commitment  and eagerness to learn are of importance. You are working in a young and ambitious team. Together, under supervision of our Executive Chef Jurgen van der Zalm, there is one goal: creating an unforgettable experience for our guest.

Who are you?

• You have graduated culinary school.
• You have gained experience in equivalent hotels or restaurants.
• You are stress resistant.
• You are flexible in working days and hours.
• You speak English.
• You are guest oriented and you have a positive attitude.
