A historic setting with 40 beautiful hotel rooms, 4 event spaces, Bar Brasserie OCCO and the Two Michelin-star awared Restaurant Vinkeles.

The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for a Duty Manager. As Duty Manager, you are a true host/hostess and your structured approach will ensure that the day runs smoothly. You are operationally responsible for the entire hotel and you are the point of contact for our guests and handle any complaints and/or feedback. You help your colleagues where necessary and at the same time motivate, control and coach them. As Duty Manager, you ensure an optimal guest experience and you are the person who goes the extra mile for the guests. No two days are the same, which ensures that the job remains challenging and that you can continue to develop personally and professionally.

You start your day with a tour through the hotel to check that everything looks good and safe. You make sure you are aware of everything that happens or is about to happen in the hotel and through good communication, within your own team and outside, you stay ahead of things and solve them in a creative way.

The Dylan Amsterdam is an independent hotel, which means that you have a lot of freedom for creativity and proposing and implementing new ideas.
