In terms of content, this function is extremely diverse. No day is the same: one day you are preparing a menu for a wedding dinner for 80 guests and the next day you are test cooking for a new lunch menu from OCCO.
We are looking for a driven Chef who likes to manage an international, motivated and passionate kitchen team. You extract energy from training and guiding your team. You bring a network with you, including your trusted suppliers. In addition, you monitor the continuous delivery of the highest quality. In collaboration with Executive Chef Jurgen van der Zalm, you determine the culinary interpretation of different departments within The Dylan. You manage the chefs of Bar Brasserie OCCO, breakfast, events and room service. You are also responsible for a well-organized HACCP plan and ensure that it is maintained by the entire team.
